• Access Tokens: We store Instagram access tokens (long-lived tokens, valid for 60 days) in our database to enable ongoing access to your account data and posting capabilities.
• Usage Data: We may collect basic server logs including IP addresses and access times for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Display your Instagram account statistics on the monitoring dashboard.
• Enable automated or scheduled posting to your Instagram account via the API.
• Maintain and improve the application's functionality.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the service.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a secured database. We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access tokens are stored securely and used only for the purposes described in this policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with any party outside of what is required to provide the service (e.g., communication with Meta/Instagram APIs).

5. Meta (Instagram) Platform Data

This application uses the Instagram Graph API. By connecting your account, you agree to Meta's Terms of Service and Data Policy. We only request permissions that are necessary for the functionality of this application:

• instagram_business_basic — Read basic profile information.
• instagram_business_content_publish — Publish content to your Instagram account.
• instagram_business_manage_messages — Manage messages (reserved for future use).
• instagram_business_manage_comments — Manage comments (reserved for future use).
• instagram_business_manage_insights — Access account insights (reserved for future use).

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account remains connected to our application. You may disconnect your account at any time by removing it from the dashboard, which will permanently delete your access token and account data from our database.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Request deletion of your data by removing your account from the dashboard.
• Revoke our application's access at any time through your Instagram account settings.

8. Children's Privacy

This application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
